Alex Rider is a fourteen year old boy living in London, England. When Alex receives news that his only living relative, his Uncle Ian Rider, was killed in a car accident he is suspicious. He knew his Uncle was a quiet, lonely man, and was wondering if the accident had been set up. Alex decides to look in to the death and realizes that his Uncle had been a spy for the British Organization M16. Alex learns that his uncle had been training him all along; Alex can speak four different languages and has a black belt in karate. The M16 takes in Alex and trains him to be a spy. He later goes on to find that multi-millionaire Herod Sayles, is giving Stormbreaker computers to every school in London, filled with a small-pox virus that will exterminate all the kids in the schools. Alex hijacks an aeroplane and crashes through the roof of the Science Museum in London, where the Prime Minister and Sayles are there waiting to release the virus. Will Alex stop Sayles and rescue the school children of London? Read this book to find out!

I recommend this book to people who like action and adventure. This book has a great storyline and Anthony Horowitz makes you feel like your there watching the events take place. If you liked Stormbreaker, read the other eight books in the series.
