Paul Roscoe is one the worlds richest men and he is found dead after falling sixty storiesfrom his private room’s elevator. Everybody says it was an eleavator malfunction, but Alan Blunt doesn’t think so. Alex Rider, after saving the world from certain doom, is behind in his life and is trying to catch up. He’s again called in to action after being arrested for pretty much busting two drug dealers. So again is face to face with Alan Blunt, the head of the english secret service MI6, who briefs him on his next mission. Alex now has to be Alex Friend, who is a troubled rich teen. Who is going to Point Blank, a finishing school for the super rich, located on top of a mountain in the French Alps. Alan Blunt suspects that Paul Roscoe’s death wasn’t an ancident and that this place, Point Blank, has an answer to his suspicion. When he arrives at the school finds out that this is no ordinary school, especially with the armed guards, restricted areas and well behaved troubled teens, too well behaved.

Paul Blank is an exciting, action, thriller that locks you in once you start reading. The book has action from begining to end. Alex Rider is James Bond when he was fourteen. Anthony Horowitz has done a great job writing this book and there is a series so the action doesn’t stop here. I recommend this book or series for people who like spy movies with gadgets, mystery, suspense and action.
