In Africa life is not even close to the exquisite life of a princess, especially when living on the border of Ethiopia where war breaks out every month. At least those people have the aid of the Red Cross to help them through all the diseases and injuries that occur through their little town.

Christianna, a 21 year old girl, is the princess of Liechtenstein, who just came back from college in the United states and wants to do something more with her life. Right now she is cutting ribbons for hospitals and schools, being escorted to dinners with her Dad, and being locked up in the palace. When she hears of the Red Cross, she realizes that she wants to help out some place else where she is not called a princess. With two body guards she heads to Africa to pursue her dreams of acting like a normal person helping others. Life gets complicated though for Christianna, she has to keep her secret a secret and deal with the disputes that are happening around her. And on top of that, she meets a boy that she falls in love with, but her father would never approve.

H.R.H is a great book for anyone who wants a book with twists. This book made me cry at some parts and laugh at others. It does get a little boring sometimes, but it keeps you guessing. The author leads you in and out of the book, making you fall in love with all the characters and actually makes you want to be when the setting is taking place.
