Death Troopers is a book about a galaxy far away… on a prison barge called the Purge. Far from any planet, far from any help, thousands of prisoners rebels, scoundrels, ruthless killers, thieves, are being held on this Imperial controlled vessel. Unfortunately the engines stop and now they are sitting adrift in the darkness of space… with something unknown out there waiting for them. When they found out what it was… it was to late! The prison barge is now a deadly killing ground, and there is no way of contacting for help so far out in space. And the only survivors help they can get is aboard a abondoned Star Destroyer, with something or someone lurking inside. Can they make it out of the Purge, or are they doomed to die?

The story mainly revolves around a few characters in the story such as: Kale and Trig Longo- brothers/ prisoners, Dr. Cody Zahara- female doctor of the Purge, Jareth Sartoris- the Purge‘s captain of the guards on the vessel, and two very special characters- you might have heard about them if you’ve seen the old Star Wars Trilogy. These main characters are scattered all over the ship and don’t really meet each other until the “crisis” occured on boared. And now they fight together to survive through this mess that has occured.

Death Troopers by Joe Schrieber, is a great book for all you horror fans out there. Reading some parts in this book will send chills down your spine, Joe Schrieber pushes the scary situations that the character has to go through to make the book awesome. My opinion for this book is that it is awesome. I would recommend this book for a mature adience to read it, but if you think you can handle it, then go right on ahead. The cover of Death Trooper will tell you what type of things can happen int the book. This book will have your heart racing, heavely beating, and your mind will want you to keep reading. Trust me, Joe Schrieber knows how to write books, he has made others, but I think this one was one of his best made. If you like Star Wars, this book is based mainly between 3 or 4 of the Trilogy. This book contains action, adventure, mystery, heart breakers, horror, and fantasy of the far future.
