Wait what happened to my Uncle Ian Rider, what… he was killed in a car accident. No it can’t be, maybe I should investigate about this, it just doesn’t seem right. While investigating about this, I stumbled on something that my Uncle must have been investigating. Hm….. what’s this?….. super computer…. biological…… kills thousands…… wait my uncle wasn’t just a quiet old man he was a… HEY KID WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN HERE, GET AWAY FROM THERE, YOU’RE COMING WITH ME!!!

Alex Rider was a normal, blond haired, kid who grew up in London. When one day he got the news about the death of his beloved Uncle Ian Rider, killed in a car accident. He was a quiet old man with a huge “secret” that Alex soon finds out. And he has to finish what his Uncle started he must take over the “business.” What trials await this young 14 year old boy? Well it involves him becoming a part of the “M16.”

Storm Breaker by Anthony Horowitz, is a great story for people who love to read a good action book. If you don’t want to read any of those fake action books *cough Twilight* then read the Alex Rider series. I really recommend this book to those types of kids who don’t care for thickness, but the quality the book gives. Another reason to read Storm Breaker is that it’s a New York Times Best Seller I think there’s a movie, but I don’t think it was rated anywhere close to the blockbuster ratings. This action packed book contains mainly mystery, suspense, action, adventure, and cool gadgets that Alex gets to use.
